Yes you are correct as far as I can see.
I think its just slightly confusing terminology.
Possibly it refers to the drop down on the left which appears on the process page labelled 'current menu'.

Those of us using Firefox may have recently noticed a nag notice in the password part of the login suggesting the site is insecure.
This is new in Firefox 52 I believe.
The solution ( and I woud advise all users to switch to a secure connection anyway!) is to use this url
